In the field of validation, it often happens that special equipment is required to test functionality. Think of the automatic machines on display in major furniture stores that pull out and push shut a drawer umpteen times with X amount of force. Theoretically, we could also construct such, purely mechanical test stands for you. However, if you are developing more complex products then a chest of drawers, where mechanics, electronics and software are to form an overall system, then you are just at the right place at B&W!

You provide the specifications of what needs to be tested and we develop and deliver a complete test station for the described task.

When designing the test stand, functionality and user-friendliness are our guiding principles: In this way, we ensure that you have high-quality test results and that your employees in the laboratory can use the test stand efficiently.
All divisions of the development (hardware, software, mechanics) are supervised in our house, therefore there are no interface losses.
For data acquisition and processing we like to use LabVIEW or Beckhoff controllers, otherwise we use your preferred system.
