When I think back to the interview with Andreas and want to visualise the whole thing in a picture, I think of an athlete. A cross-country skier who is just getting started. He has taken the <\/span>initiative <\/span>initiative, he knows that
\neffort and <\/span>performance <\/span>must bring to the table. However, he also sees himself already behind the finishing line in his mind and focusses his energies on it.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Dear (future) co-operation partners,
\nToday I would like to offer you a brief insight behind the scenes at B&W: specialised and yet somewhat different. At B&W, <\/span>we have set a change <\/span>in motion. This self-initiated and proactive <\/span>change serves as the basis for constant further development<\/span>.
\nIn order to offer you better efficiency <\/span>and at the same time greater security in order processing <\/span>, we have undergone internal reorganisation <\/span>and we have also grown<\/span>! – You may have noticed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

For this further development we have <\/span>Andreas Kratz <\/span>for this further development. He strengthens the <\/span>Fulda branch<\/span>Thanks to him, our expertise in the <\/span>electronics sector <\/span>also closer to our customers <\/span>customers in the centre of Germany <\/span>in the centre of Germany. Just as important, however, is the <\/span>initiative and the way of thinking<\/span>that he brings to the table and applies to us – Andreas told me about this in a brief interview.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

As a service provider, we believe that <\/span>our way of working characterises our performance<\/span>. I am therefore happy to tell you how I have got to know my <\/span>new colleague so far, in the hope <\/span>in the hope that you will then <\/span>to the cooperation <\/span>just as <\/span>excited <\/span>as I am!
\nIt was clear to me right from the start of the interview that I would be facing a very <\/span>proactive <\/span>dialogue partner. He seemed very <\/span>open-minded and <\/span>interested <\/span>interested <\/span>actively helping me. He also immediately showed <\/span>hands-on mentality<\/span>which meant I didn’t even get to collect my catalogue of questions! – We hadn’t agreed in advance how the interview should proceed. After my brief introduction, Andreas started to talk about his work philosophy, which he unfortunately hadn’t been able to realise with his employers so far, and that he would have the chance at B&W. <\/span>the opportunity at B&W <\/span>to <\/span>seen <\/span>to do so. I took the former as a sign of <\/span>active listening and thinking along <\/span>I didn’t have to explain to him what I wanted from him, he put himself in my shoes and responded to my requirements accordingly. <\/span>and responded to my requirements accordingly. <\/span>I was simply proud that he put his trust in B&W and chose us as an employer!
\nHe told me that <\/span>the quality of the projects <\/span>is his top priority. He would prefer to <\/span>entire product developments <\/span>– from the idea to production. In response to my objection that this is not necessarily the typical path for service providers, he replied: “Yes, it’s not the easy way.” The <\/span>complexity <\/span>of the projects makes him <\/span>fun <\/span>and at the same time challenges him to <\/span>top performance <\/span>at the same time. His words sounded <\/span>authentic <\/span>when he said: “I am completely behind my developments. Even when things are going well, even when there are difficulties.” Andreas’ <\/span>reliability <\/span>is confirmed by both a broad <\/span>network of electronics experts<\/span>who are happy to ask for his advice, as well as <\/span>satisfied existing customers<\/span>who praise him for his <\/span>open communication <\/span>and his broad but focussed <\/span>focussed know-how <\/span>expertise.

However, they also see themselves already behind the finishing line and focus their energies on it.
