Precision and efficiency in automated liquid dosing<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

Diagnostic devices must operate with the utmost precision in order to reliably rule out incorrect measurements and subsequent incorrect treatment. To ensure this, thousands upon thousands of tests must be carried out in laboratories during the development of such devices (e.g. for measuring blood sugar levels in diabetes patients).
Our customers have placed their trust in us for years when it comes to developing test stations for the automatic dosing of very small amounts of liquid (as small as 1% of a raindrop!). The most important requirements here were to carry out the tests quickly and safely and to control critical environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
The test station was integrated into a test station system developed by us. Thanks to its LabVIEW\u00a9-based features, this enables variable system configuration and centrally controlled test and sequence plans. In this way, we have established a flexible modality and yet a cross-system software solution. These contribute significantly to the efficiency of laboratories.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
